Advanced Plastics has grown into a complete source for plastic injection molded products.  But we were in the same place you are – a company needing to develop a product.  We looked for someone who could bring design, tooling, and manufacturing together seamlessly, at a good price. Not finding what we needed, we jumped in 35 years ago, and haven’t looked back.

Because of our start, we are proud to be client driven, working hard to respond to customer’s needs for more than 3 decades. Your needs in custom molding and developing proprietary products have driven us to add capabilities such as Rapid prototyping, Pad printing, packaging, and even direct shipping products. Tooling capabilities include CNC sinker EDM, wire EDM, high-speed CNC milling, automated surface grinding, TIG welding, polishing, manual mills and lathe, and Production wire EDM work.

Our investments in state of the art equipment and software help reduce the bottleneck of design and tooling. Our reliable computer controlled injection molding machines (in sizes from 20 – 440 tons and shot capacities of less than a few grams to more than 3 pounds) provide consistent quality and repeatable set-ups.
